2. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. A binding purchase agreement forms once you receive this confirmation.
If you request changes to your order after it has been placed, this may affect the price and delivery timeline.
Custom-made items cannot be altered or cancelled once production has begun.
If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to stock issues or incorrect pricing), we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

3. Prices
All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, customs, and other fees unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Prices may change due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuations, or shipping costs.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Payment
Full payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We accept the payment methods shown on our website.
Your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

5. Cancellation & Changes

Standard Products
You may request cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped. If accepted, you will receive a refund.

Custom or Special-Order Products
Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If cancellation is accepted, additional fees may apply for materials, labor, and processing.

6. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
However, small variations in color, appearance, or materials may occur.
For customized products, production begins only after you approve the final drawing or design.
You are responsible for confirming that the product meets your intended use.

7. Delivery & Shipping
We ship to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product type.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, inaccessibility, or inability to receive the package, additional redelivery fees may apply.

8. U.S. Consumer Return Policy
Kingspan Holdings US Inc. complies with all U.S. consumer protection laws.
We do not offer voluntary returns unless legally required.

8.1 When a Return or Refund Is Required by Law
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

1. The item arrives damaged or defective
2. The item is materially different from its description or specifications
3. The item never arrives

In these cases, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, and we will repair, replace, or refund the product as required by law.

8.2 Condition Requirements
To qualify for a legally required return or refund:

• You must report the issue promptly
• You must provide evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
• The product must be returned in the condition received unless the defect itself prevents this

8.3 Return Shipping

• If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return shipping as required by law.
• If the product is correct and not defective, we are not required to accept a return or provide a refund.

8.4 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size, color, or fit preference
• Unwanted or unused items
• Delayed delivery unless we failed to meet a guaranteed written delivery date

8.5 Warranty Claims
If a product includes a written warranty, we will honor the terms of that warranty and any rights provided by applicable U.S. law.

9. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

• In-stock items: approx. 7 days
• Custom-made items: approx. 90 days

These are estimated time frames. If a guaranteed delivery date is provided in writing and we fail to meet it, you may cancel the order and receive a refund.
Any compensation for delay is capped at 20% of the item’s value.

10. Defects & Complaints (2-Year Protection)
You have a 2-year right to claim defects in accordance with consumer protection laws.

After receiving your order:
Check your items as soon as possible.
If you discover a defect, notify us within 7 days with a description and photos.

If the product is defective:
We will choose one of the following remedies:

• Repair
• Replace the item
• Partial refund
• Full refund

This applies only if:

• The product was installed and used correctly
• The defect is not caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear

We do not cover:

• Labor costs
• Installation or removal
• Damage to surrounding materials
• Indirect or consequential losses

There is no additional commercial warranty beyond your legal rights.

11. Ownership
Products remain our property until fully paid.
Unpaid items may not be resold or modified.

12. Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for direct losses.
We are not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost income
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Damages caused by improper installation or misuse

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Strikes
• War
• Fire
• Supplier delays
• Transportation or power outages
• Government restrictions
• Significant unforeseen cost increases

If such events occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

14. Product Liability
We are liable only to the extent required by law.
We are not responsible for damage to personal property after delivery.
